Regardless of the outfit, we think anyone who came out to bowl in this event is a true super hero! Salit had three teams take part, and together they raised a total of $1670 which goes directly towards mentoring programs in our community. ![bowling-for-a-great-cause](https://www.salitsteel.com/hs-fs/hubfs/bowling-for-a-great-cause.png?width=698&height=452&name=bowling-for-a-great-cause.png) Big Brothers Big Sisters offers a wide range of mentoring opportunities to meet the varied needs of volunteers, children & youth and their families. Way to go to all of our bowlers and their supporters! **Curling for Cancer** *February 21, 2016* On February 20, 2016, our Salit Curlers ventured out on the ice and participated in the Rankin Big Orange – Curl for Cancer Cure! This is the fourth year that Salit has had employees participating in the event. With some fun and friendly competition, the team raised $1200 to help fund Cancer Care in the Niagara Region.
